Girne Excursion (to be arranged as half or full day tour) – Following the fairy-tale trail
During this tour you will have the opportunity to visit the ruins of the castle of St. Hilarion which was said to have inspired Walt Disney to build his Sleeping Beauty Castle. Enjoy the fabulous coastal view from the top of the 3rd level and step back into Crusader times.
This is followed by a visit to Bellapais village where Lawrence Durrell wrote his famous book “Bitter Lemons”. The village itself is also famous as it occupies a wonderfully scenic spot on the foothills of the Five Finger Mountain range.The Abbey of Bellapais is also regarded to be a masterpiece of Gothic Architecture.
Nicosia Excursion (to be arranged as half or full day tour) – The only such a place in the world!
Being the only remaining divided capital in the world, Nicosia still retains its old beauty and character with narrow roads and blend of cultures. Sites that we shall visit include the old city walls of Nicosia, Selimiye Mosque (St. Sophia Cathedral), Closed Grand Bazaar (Bandabuliya) and the Great Inn (Buyük Han).
Our guide will show you the pearls of Nicosian architecture, will tell you the unusual story of the only remained divided capital city in the word and make sure that you will not bored!

The area of Famagusta, also known through the Roman ruins of Salamis and the so-called “dead city” or “Varosha” which is said to be the Mediterranean’s best kept secret, offers you an exciting journey through time. Start by visiting the museum of St. Barnabas (prior Greek Orthodox Monastery), featuring the best Archaeological Museum of Northern Cyprus and a small chapel said to be built on the grave site of St. Barnabas. Then continue to the ruins of Salamis with its Bathhouse, Gymnasium and Theatre, which legend claims to have been built by Teukos – son of King Telamon. Potentially a second Ephesus, one can let his imagination take over at Salamis. We will finish the day visiting to the Old City of Famagusta with its impressive 3.8 km long city wall and the former coronation cathedral of St. Sophia from the 13th Century.
Karpaz Excursion (full day tour) – unspoiled, truly beauty!
If you only have limited free time and you can only take one excursion, we recommend that you take this one. This peninsula is definitely the best part of North Cyprus, yet to be explored by many. Your tour will include a visit to Bogaz fishing village, a small local Olive Oil factory, the 5th century church of Ayios Philion followed by lunch next to the sea. The mixed village of Dipkarpaz, where Cypriot Türks and Cypriot Greeks are still side by side and the Monastery of Apostolos Andreas will build the end of this trip. You will have the opportunity to see some wild donkeys, local fauna & flora and more importantly, “subject to weather conditions” you will have the chance to swim at the beautiful Golden Beach in Karpaz, which is one of the finest and longest beaches in the word!
Morphou (Güzelyurt) Excursion (full day tour)
This tour will take you to the “fruit garden of Cyprus”!
We will start our sightseeing in colorful St. Mamas Monastery and archaeological Museum in Guzelyurt. St. Mamas is understood to be a patron saint of tax evaders. Also you will have the opportunity to visit the wonderful exhibit of “The golden leaves of Soli”, featuring wonderful artifacts such as gold jewelry and personal items of a young woman and her child. The ancient city kingdom of Soli with its famous swan mosaic and the ruins of Vouni Palace, the remote Palace ruins were built in the 6th Century on a hilltop by the Phoenician pro-Persian king of the neighboring city of Marion to watch over the pro-Greek city of Soli.

During our tour through several local villages you will learn about the history & mystery of Olives, tast village bread and cheese, sip a bit of local wine and discover about the power of the carrob tree and his products. Taste local tea or coffee and read your future in the coffee grounds, ask the questions you always wanted to ask and get in touch with local tradition.
During the Summer months theres the possibility to stop at the end of the tour at a local beach to cool down, swim and enjoy a drink.
Traditional Cyprus night – Taverna Night (evening meal & entertainment)
Wonder how it is like to be a Turkish Cypriot? First of all, you have to taste Cypriot excellent cuisine and feel the magic of the island’s vibe.
Have a wonderful experience at a traditional Cypriot Restaurant. You will start with lots of mezes (traditional Cypriot starters) followed by the main course. You will have a chance to acquire a taste for delicious hellim – everybody’s favorite cheese, healthy hummus served with bread and different kinds of köfte – meatballs with delicious fillings. Those with a very sweet tooth will be delighted with the flavor of baklava – the most popular Turkish desert.

Larnaca/lefkara Excursion (full day tour)
These days one of the most modern cities in Cyprus, Larnaca, has strong links to the past. Larnaca’s links with Christianity go back to the very beginning, for the town’s first bishop was none other than St.Lazaros, who chose to spend his “second life“ there after Jesus had raised him from the dead.
We visit Panayia Angeloktisti church in the village of Kiti, famed for its richly ornate Byzantine art, including the 6th century life size mosaic of the Virgin Mary. From here we proceed to the salt lake of Larnaca, which in the cooler months is home to colonies of graceful flamingos and other migratory birds. Beside the lake is the Hala Sultan Tekesi, built to the memory of Prophet Mohammad’s aunt.
We reach the magnificent Church of St. Lazarus (900A.D), built over the tomb of the saint and from this interesting visit we walk through town to Pierides Museum, which is the oldest privately owned museum in Cyprus. Free time for a walk on the lavish; sun drenched Sea Front Promenade of Larnaca.
In the early afternoon, we visit the village of Lefkara – a village famous for its traditional style of lace embroidery, world-wide known as the “Lefkaritika”.
Paphos / Kourion Excursion (full day tour)
Excursion to Paphos will take you back in time to the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations. The excursion goes to Kourion, which was once the most important city of the island. This place is still keeping the walls of Roman theatre, the House of Eustalios and the Bath establishments.
Also on the way to Paphos you will meet the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the beautiful love-goddess. We proceed to Yeroskipou, where we will have a chance to visit one of the most interesting Byzantine churches in Cyprus – Ayia Paraskevi.
Set on a stunning coastline, Paphos combines small sandy beaches with a treasure trove of history. Here we visit Saint Paul’s Pillar, and after some free time at the little harbor in the heart of Paphos we visit the House of Dionysos, which is well known by archaeologists for its unique mosaics.
Kakopetria / Omodhos
A memorable day, through idyllic mountain villages unchanged from generations. We will visit Asinou Church near the village of Nikitari. This is an early 12th century church dedicated to the Virgin Mary with frescoes of the 12th century and later periods, considered to be among the finest examples of Byzantine mural paintings in the island. We will drive to Kakopetria village. The old quarter of the village has been declared a protected area and traditional houses have been restored. We will visit the Church of Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis (Saint Nicholas of the Roof) that stands about 5km north of the village. The church is completely painted with murals dating from the 11th to the 17th century and is considered one of the most interesting Byzantine churches on the island. We reach Omodhos, considered one of the oldest wine producing villages on the southern slopes of the Troodos Mountains. Omodhos is a village with narrow cobbled streets, and a beautiful village square surrounded by “Kafeneia” (little coffee shops). We will of course have time for a walk in the village and to visit the famous Monastery of the Holy Cross.
Trodos Mountains/Kykkos Excursion (full day tour) – discover the “Green Heart” of Cyprus!
A memorable day, through idyllic mountain villages unchanged from generations. We will visit Asinou Church near the village of Nikitari. This is an early 12th century church dedicated to the Virgin Mary with frescoes of the 12th century and later periods, considered to be among the finest examples of Byzantine mural paintings in the island.
Enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside and pine forests as you drive to the famous Holy Monastery of Kykkos, which was built in 1092 and dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It houses one of the three surviving icons painted by St.Luke.
We will drive to Kakopetria village. The old quarter of the village has been declared a protected area and traditional houses have been restored.
